Who is Natalie?
Natalie Nicole Clark is a foster care advocate, consultant, and Co-Founder & Co-Executive Director of 1999 Collective, working at the intersection of lived experience and systems change. She has trained caseworkers, testified before Congress, co-authored national playbooks, and mentored the young people those systems are meant to serve — often all in the same month.
